Jan Goss is a person you do not soon forget. She is the principal and founder of Show Up Well Consulting, an Austin based firm specializing in personal and professional development.
Jan is a highly respected executive protocol consultant and media personality with a reputation for helping leaders be great role models, be at peace, and truly be happy without giving up their soul!
Jan is an award-winning speaker and a #1 best-selling author.
Her motto?
If it is not fun, I am not doing it!
My purpose in life is to lift people up. There are too many things that push people down. My goal is to lift people up into what I call their authentic, personal power. I know the pathway to get there!
At the end of every day I ask, “Did I lift someone up today?” If I did, then it was a great day!

Jan studied International Business at American Intercontinental University and is a graduate of the Protocol School of Washington in DC. She is also an honored graduate of the Global Leadership Program in San Diego, CA.
Jan developed four successful businesses after the age of 40 beginning with 13 years in the Real Estate industry and then opening the Austin School of Protocol, LLC. She launched nationwide as Civility Consulting, LLC in 2011 and now enjoys directing Show Up Well Consulting.
Born in Munich, Germany to a military family, Jan moved 21 times in 18 years. From an early age, she had a deep spiritual relationship and understood that she could rely on that relationship to trust her intuition and listen to her calling.
Jan’s intuitive gifts and strong spiritual foundation set her apart from any other trusted advisor.
